Technology has fundamentally changed how brands and their audiences communicate, not just online but across all channels. Consequently interactive thinking needs to be at the heart of all marketing strategy and interactive channels at the heart of all marketing delivery.
Totally agree. Really enjoyed this, particularly the points about learning and training. I know it's cheeky but any chance of getting hold of the ppt or even a pdf?
Great post, and it's cool to see more agency collaboration as they continue to evolve. It's been a great approach for us at 14Four (www.14four.com), and despite the growing pains that come with new models, it's exciting to see how savvy agencies are responding to new challenges.
Amazing stuff Giles! One could re-structure existing agency or build a new cult agency following your ideas and insights. Just what we need to re-shape the industry here in Finland.

You need to be cautious about letting 'digital' drown on the reality of (consumer) experience. First; people believe their own senses Second; people like to stroke the product
