Technology has fundamentally changed how brands and their audiences communicate, not just online but across all channels. Consequently interactive thinking needs to be at the heart of all marketing strategy and interactive channels at the heart of all marketing delivery.
Very interesting video and true: mobile marketing seems to be (finally) the growing sector of the digital world. However, mobile is still at it's beginning with less people having an all inclusive data plan, and it still being very personal. You don't want to have ads or text messages in your personal space, do you?
I think that will change and more companies will see mobiles as the main communication channels in the future.
